I decided to try last week’s recipe with different fillings.
I halved the recipe this time because I didn’t want to make so much.
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of oats
A teaspoon of sugar
1/4 of a teaspoon of baking powder
Mix
A teaspoon of oil
Half a cup of soymilk
Mix
Put a bit of oil in the frying pan.
Spoon some mixture in.
Then put the fillings on top.
Chocolate. Banana. Jam.
Put some more mixture on top.
And flip them over.
Not bad.
