#722 Miso Eggplant

Sunday Kitchen #93 Miso Eggplant

To make Miso Eggplant, first you need to invite your friends from Aichi to come and stay and hope they bring some of this delicious sweet red miso with them.
Then get an eggplant and cut it in half. Put a bit of sesame oil in a frying pan. Put the eggplant in with the skin on the bottom. Put a lid on the pan and cook it over a low heat for about ten minutes.
Take the eggplant out and put it on a plate.
Then put miso on top.
Mmm. Delicious.
