Sunday Kitchen #88 Rosemary Vegetables

Today we have 1 onion, two small carrots, 1 negi and one eggplant.
Let’s see what we can do with it.
First cut up the vegetables.
Put some olive oil into a frying pan.
Add the onions, some soy sauce, some rosemary and some pepper.
Cook that for about five minutes.
Then add the carrot, negi and eggplant.
And 2 cups of water.
Then put a lid on and cook it for about 10 minutes and see what happens.
Mmmm pretty tasty.
