conversations with sarah
# 51 Did you watch the game?

Yasuko asks Sarah if she watched the game last night.
Step 1: Repeat Yasuko’s lines.
Step 2: Read Yasuko’s lines on the screen and talk to Sarah.

Yasuko Did you watch the game last night?

Sarah Yeah. It was a shame they didn’t win.

Yasuko Yeah. Did you watch it at home?

Sarah No, in Otsuka actually.

Yasuko At a sports bar?

Sarah No. We were going to watch it at a sports bar, but we went to see a band before the game, and they showed it on a screen after the bands, so we ended up just staying there.

Yasuko Was it packed?

Sarah No, not really, most of the people who watched the bands didn’t seem that interested in sports, so they didn’t stay for the game.
