Sunday Kitchen #114 Pumpkin Moose
Seeing as though it’s pumpkin season, I’ve been trying to come up with many different ways of eating pumpkin.
The other day I made something I called pumpkin moose.
I just boiled some pumpkin and then blended it with some soymilk, vanilla essence, cinnamon, sugar, and vegetable oil. Then I put in a container in the fridge and I took it out a few hours later.
It was delicious.
