Sunday Kitchen #179 Carrot, Ginger + Beetroot Juice

I’ve been having fun with this juicer. This time I tried making vegetable juice. I used a carrot, quarter of a beetroot and some ginger.

It didn’t make much juice so I threw in another couple of carrots. And it still only filled half the glass, so I poured it into a wine glass. It was so delicious and a beautiful colour.

The leftover stuff was also beautiful … and I thought it would be a waste to throw it out so I mixed it with some soy sauce, chili, olive oil and rice flour and I made patties. They were very tasty too.
