Hi, I’m Sarah, welcome to The Daily English Show.
As you may know, last month I did a language learning challenge which was to write a diary on this site.
And I’m doing another challenge this month. I’m doing a series of videos which I’m posting
I did a project before with that channel where I did a video blog every day for a month in Japanese and I got people to correct my Japanese. And that went really well.
And this time I’m trying something different. What I’m doing is copying something a Japanese speaker has said in a video that I’ve seen online. I think copying people is a really useful language learning exercise, so I’m going to try copying all kinds of people saying different things in different situations.

Step 2: Repeat Tim’s lines and talk to Sarah.
Tim What’s that?
Sarah Oh, this? Um, you know that website Ten Word Wiki?
Tim The one with the entries that are only ten words?
Sarah Yeah. Well they said on their website that they had some free badges to give away and they’d send them to anyone if they sent their address. So I did.
Tim Cool. Is that their logo?
Sarah Yeah.
