Sunday Kitchen #89 Pumpkin Udon + Soba
I thought I’d make some udon with pumpkin soup.
So, I cut up some onion and some pumpkin.
I put some olive oil into a pot and added the onion and some pepper, basil and cinnamon.
Then I added the pumpkin and some water.
I cooked it for a while, then added some udon.
Then I realized I’d run out of udon ... so I decided to use soba as well.
I put the noodles and soup into a bowl and sprinkled fresh parsley on top.
Mmm, it was pretty tasty.
