Sunday Kitchen #71 Oshiruko
Oshiruko is very easy to make. Especially when you buy the beans already cooked, inside a can. First open the can. It’s probably even easier if you have a proper can opener. Anyway, put the beans in a pot with some water and heat them up.
Then open a packet of mochi. Cook the mochi in an oven toaster.
Pour the sweet adzuki beans in a bowl. And add the mochi.
And that’s it.
