Sunday Kitchen #85 Goya
This thing looks like an alligator. But it’s not. It’s goya.
The other day I had some goya for the first time in ages.
First I scooped out the inside. Then I sliced it.
Then I cut up some garlic, and some mushrooms and some aburaage.
I put some olive oil into a frying pan, then garlic, chili, pepper, salt, goya, mushrooms and aburaage.
Then I put a lid on it a cooked it for a while.
Then I thought I might add some soy sauce.
Mmm. Tasted pretty good.
