Sunday Kitchen #152 Brussels Sprouts

I saw some brussels sprouts in the supermarket today. I hadn’t had them for ages, so I decided to buy some.

I cut the ends off and steamed them for five minutes.

Then I cut them in half, put them on a plate and squeezed some miso on them.

Simple and delicious.
