Sunday Kitchen #97 Daikon Crackers
The other day I made a snack which could possibly be the most delicious snack ever made.
It’s very easy to make.
First slice some daikon.
Then spread some spicy miso on the daikon slices.
Then spread some avocado on top of that.
Check it out, half price. In Japanese this is called hangaku.
I like hanagaku.
Then add pepper.
And finally, sesame seeds.
By the way, putting sesame seeds in a PET bottle like this is very handy.
Which reminds me, I need to fill the bottle up.
And that’s it. The amazing daikon crackers. Easy and delicious.
