I decided to borrow my parents’ juicer for a few weeks to have a bit of a play with it.
I was kind of apprehensive because the last time I tried using a juicer, which was more than ten years ago, it was a complete disaster that ended up with carrot juice splattered over the entire kitchen of my flat in Wellington.
But this time everything went very well and the juicer turned out to be very easy to use.
All I had to do was wash the apples and cut them in half - because whole apples didn’t fit - put a glass under the spout, turn the juicer on, put the apples
