Sunday Kitchen #166 Silverbeet On Toast
This is silverbeet, otherwise known as chard or various other names according to Wikipedia.
The other day I discovered that it tastes delicious on toast.
I cut up the silverbeet, washed it and steamed it.
I made some toast and then spread the toast with miso.
Then I piled the cooked silverbeet on top.
Finally I sprinkled some sesame seeds on top.
So tasty.
