Sunday Kitchen #135 Easter Sweets

I decided to celebrate Easter by dipping some round things in chocolate so they’d kind of look like easer eggs.

Strawberries, blueberries and dango.

I made the dango by mixing rice flour with water and boiling it for a few minutes.

I melted some chocolate chips in a glass inside a pot with some boiling water.

Then I used toothpicks to dip the round things in chocolate.

The dango worked pretty well. I stuck it in a banana to cool down.

The blueberry was a complete failure and as you can see so was the strawberry.

It still tasted good though.
