Sunday Kitchen #132 Pumpkin and Spinach Salad
The other day I made a delicious salad with spinach, pumpkin, avocado and daikon.
First I cut up some spinach.
Then I grated the daikon.
I cut up the avocado and pumpkin.
I threw the pumpkin into a frying pan with some olive oil, garlic, basil, chili and soy sauce.
Then I put the salad in a bowl.
Spinach, daikon, avocado and pumpkin.
And finally I drizzled some sesame dressing on the top.
It was divine and I love the colours too.
