Sunday Kitchen #123 Spice Tea

Today I made some spice tea.
I boiled some black tea with some pepper corns and fresh ginger.
Then I poured the tea into a pot through a strainer.
I added cinnamon, cardamon (cardamom), nutmeg, sugar and soymilk.
Then I heated it up and served it with a soup ladle.
It was pretty tasty.
