Sunday Kitchen #67 Carrot Cake
3 cups of grated carrots
1 cup of water
1/2 a cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of all spice
1/2 a teaspoon of salt
1/2 a cup of raisins
Mix.
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
Mix.
Add to the carrot mixture.
Mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Hello, is it brown sugar or it can be normal granulated one? mixed spices?what is that exactly?
