Sunday Kitchen #40 Wakame Soup

Wakame is a kind of seaweed.
I decided to make some wakame soup.
I put some water in a pot.
Then added konbu dashi, vegetable stock, chili and a bit of sesame oil.
When it started boiling I added three teaspoons of dried wakame.
I cooked it for a couple of minutes.
Then put it into some bowls and sprinkled sesame seeds on the top.
Easy and delicious.
